Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Important: made-to-order products

Because all our products are custom-made to order through Printful, we have the following return policy.

What We DO NOT Accept Returns For

• Buyer's remorse (changed your mind about the purchase)
• Wrong size ordered (ordered wrong size by mistake)
• Wrong colour ordered (ordered wrong colour by mistake)
• General dissatisfaction with design or product (if product matches description)
• "I don't like it" or "It's not what I expected" (if product is as described)

What We DO Accept Returns/Replacements For

• Damaged items received (damaged during production or shipping)
• Defective items (printing errors, manufacturing defects)
• Wrong item sent (we sent you something different than what you ordered)
• Mislabelled items (incorrect size tag, incorrect product)
• Quality issues (poor print quality, material defects)

How to request a return/replacement

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@cosmicmonkeys.com
2. Provide your order number
3. Include clear photos showing the issue
4. Describe the problem in detail

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Return window

All return claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns after this period.

Who pays for replacements?

• Printful's fault (damaged, defective, wrong item): We cover the replacement at no cost to you
• Customer's fault (wrong size/colour ordered): No returns or exchanges available
• Buyer's remorse: No returns or refunds available

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Preventing issues

Before Ordering:

• Carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and measurements
• Double-check your selected size and colour before checkout
• Verify your shipping address is correct and complete
• Review product mockups and design previews

Size Charts: We provide detailed size charts for all apparel products. Please measure carefully and compare to our charts before ordering.
